How to know if you suck at sex..?

I was just wondering, how do you know if your good at sex? My ex girl and I did it all the time for like 4 months then she pretty much didn't want to anymore I had to persuade her into it, we fought and she hates me now, she told me my sex sucks and idk what to think now I have low self esteem.

They say it's not the size of the boat, but the motion of the ocean or whatever...how do I know the motion in the ocean was good motion?
